Real People Solutions are currently looking for a temporary experienced Fork Lift Driver for our client in the Portsmouth/Hillsea area.
Please note: this is a temporary assignment for ONE WEEK ONLY, starting Monday 24th August. You must be available to work the full week.
Responsibilities
This is a very hands-on Forklift Driver position. Alongside the usual forklift duties, you will also be expected to get involved with a range of manual and general duties, including:
- Operating the forklift
- Moving and organising stock
- Handballing materials
- Loading, unloading and shifting materials
- General cleaning duties
- Moving stock and materials around the site
- Assisting with general warehouse/site duties
- Keeping the working area clean and tidy
We're looking for someone who is:
- Reliable and hardworking
- Experienced and confident operating a forklift
- Comfortable with manual handling and physical work
- Happy to get stuck in and help wherever needed
- Not afraid of hard work!
- Available to work Monday to Friday for the full week
This is a physically demanding role and definitely not an easy week!
There will be plenty of handballing, moving materials, shifting stock and cleaning duties alongside the forklift work.
We're looking for someone who is reliable, hardworking and happy to roll up their sleeves and get stuck in.
