Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar restaurant role Strong knowledge of Italian cuisine and cooking techniques Passionate about food, quality and presentation Able to work efficiently in a busy kitchen Reliable, organised and a strong team player High standards of food hygiene and kitchen cleanliness Positive attitude and professional approach
