An exciting opportunity has arisen within our Client Services department for an Account Executive to join the team based in Leeds on a permanent basis.
Key Areas of Responsibility:
- Provide administrative support working directly with the Artwork Account Managers
- Collate project information prior to pre-artwork meetings, sourcing key information from all stakeholders
- Schedule and effectively manage Artwork Account Manager diaries
- Keep internal and external systems accurately updated with live information
- Run daily reports
- Keep Artwork Account Managers informed of any overdue tasks or risks to project timings
- Ensuring supplier’s cutter and recycling information is received on time
- Saving down all approved cutters, detailing dimensions and pack formats on external and internal system.
- Validating cutters to ensure they are correct to ASDA's requirements.
- Chase all relevant stakeholders regarding late approvals, cutters or recycling providing clear and concise information
- Reviewing recycling information to ensure it meets ASDA's guidelines.
- Checking artwork to ensure accurate recycling information
- Responsible for all postal duties.
- Management of ASDA promotional labels.
