We are looking for a friendly, reliable and professional Bartender to join our team in London on a full-time, permanent basis.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience working behind a bar, good knowledge of alcoholic drinks and cocktails, and a strong focus on customer service. You should be confident working in a busy environment and comfortable communicating with customers.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks
- Prepare classic cocktails and drinks according to recipes
- Recommend drinks and answer customer questions
- Maintain a clean, organised and fully stocked bar
- Monitor stock levels and replenish bar supplies when required
- Keep glassware, equipment and work areas clean
- Follow hygiene, safety and licensing requirements
- Work effectively with other members of the team
- Help create a welcoming and professional atmosphere
REQUIREMENTS
- Previous bartending or hospitality experience preferred
- Basic knowledge of cocktails, spirits, wines and other alcoholic drinks
- Good communication skills
- Reliable, punctual and responsible
- Good spoken English
- Right to work in the UK

- £14.00–£15.50 per hour, depending on experience
- 35–40 hours per week
