Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Living Wall & Plant Specialist to join our growing team, maintaining and enhancing some of London's most prestigious living walls, interior planting displays, and exterior planter installations.
The successful candidate will have a strong horticultural background and hands-on experience with living wall systems, interior plant maintenance, irrigation systems, and high-end exterior planting schemes. This role requires exceptional attention to detail, professionalism, and a passion for creating and maintaining outstanding green environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintenance of high-end living wall installations across Central London.
- Care and maintenance of premium interior planting displays.
- Management and upkeep of external planter schemes and roof terrace planting.
- Monitoring, diagnosing, and resolving plant health issues.
- Inspection and adjustment of irrigation systems.
- Pruning, feeding, cleaning, and replacement planting where required.
- Ensuring all sites are maintained to the highest standard.
- Providing excellent customer service when liaising with clients and site teams.
- Completing service reports and communicating maintenance requirements.
Essential Requirements
- Proven experience working with living walls and interior planting schemes.
- Strong horticultural knowledge and plant identification skills.
- Experience maintaining both interior and exterior planting installations.
- Knowledge of irrigation systems and plant nutrition.
- Full UK driving licence preferred.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Professional appearance and excellent communication skills.

Pay: £30,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
