Team Leader
Location: Bristol, England, United Kingdom
Salary: Up to £38,000 (depending on experience)
Are you a natural leader with a passion for keeping operations running smoothly in a fast-paced warehouse environment?
Huboo is on the lookout for an experienced and proactive Warehouse Team Leader to take charge of our fulfilment operations, ensuring our customers’ orders are picked, packed, and dispatched with accuracy and speed. You’ll be leading a team on the warehouse floor, driving performance, and keeping everything running like clockwork.

Your Responsibilities:
As Warehouse Team Leader, you'll be at the heart of daily operations, with key responsibilities including:
- Supervising and coordinating daily warehouse activities with your team of fulfilment associates.
- Allocating tasks and monitoring workloads to ensure deadlines are met.
- Overseeing order processing to maintain high accuracy and efficiency in picking, packing, and dispatch.
- Training, motivating, and developing your team to hit performance targets.
- Promoting and enforcing health & safety standards and company policies.
- Monitoring stock levels and liaising with inventory and purchasing teams to prevent shortages.
· Running regular team briefings and performance reviews.
- Maintaining a clean, organised, and safe working environment.
- Identifying process improvements and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.
- Resolving issues related to equipment, orders, or team performance promptly.
What We’re Looking For:
We’d love to hear from you if you have the following experience and attributes:
- Proven experience in a warehouse or fulfilment environment, with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory or team leader role.
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Solid understanding of warehouse processes, WMS systems, and fulfilment best practices.
- Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills.
- A sharp eye for detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Clear and confident communication skills.
What We Offer:
- Competitive salary up to £38,000 (depending on experience)

Shift options:
- Sunday to Wednesday: 10-hour shift between 13:00pm – 23:00pm
- Wednesday to Saturday: 10-hour shift between 13:00pm – 23:00pm
