Salary: Up to £39,250.00 per year (depending on level of experience, training and qualification)

We have an opportunity for a Registered Nurse to join their team of staff in the Oncology department.
This is a full time role for 37.5 hours a week. The role holder will be required to cover a flexible shift pattern.
Duties of this role include:
- Deliver safe, effective, and individualised nursing care to Oncology and Haematology patients across inpatient, day-case and outpatient settings.

Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care in line with agreed treatment pathways and care plans.

Administer prescribed treatments and medications in line with local policies, national guidance, and competency frameworks.

Support the safe delivery of Systemic Anti-Cancer Therapy (SACT) where trained and authorised, or work towards SACT competency as required.

Work in accordance with NMC Code, Circle Health Group policies, and national Oncology/Haematology standards.

Participate in clinical audits, quality improvement initiatives, and service development activities.
Applicants should meet the following criteria:
- Registered Nurse (Adult) with current NMC registration.

Experience working in an Oncology and/or Haematology setting, or strong demonstrable interest with relevant transferable skills.

Sound understanding of clinical governance, patient safety, and evidence-based practice.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to support patients in emotionally challenging situations.

Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team in a fast-paced clinical environment.
