We’re Hiring: Part-Time Kitchen Porter – Black Mamba, Dundee
Black Mamba is looking for a reliable Part-Time Kitchen Porter to join our busy restaurant team in Dundee city centre.
This role is mainly weekend work, making it ideal for someone looking for part-time hours in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
This role is suitable for school aged people and up.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Washing dishes, cutlery, and kitchen equipment
- Keeping the kitchen clean, organised, and hygienic
- Assisting with general cleaning tasks and occasional deep cleans
- Helping maintain high cleanliness standards throughout service
- Cleaning down the kitchen after service, including mopping floors and emptying bins

- Flexible availability, particularly weekends
- Good attention to cleanliness and organisation
