We are currently seeking a motivated and experienced Automotive Sales Consultant who is local to Harrow and ready to excel in a dynamic, commission-based role.
What You’ll Do
- Engage with customers: Build strong relationships, understand their needs, and guide them through the car-buying journey.
- Drive sales: Match customers with vehicles that suit their preferences, lifestyle, and budget while meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Maintain customer satisfaction: Deliver exceptional service before, during, and after the sale to ensure customer loyalty.
- Keep up-to-date: Stay informed about current promotions, inventory, and market trends.
- Collaborate with the team: Contribute to a supportive, team-focused dealership environment.
What We’re Looking For
- Local residency: Must be based in or near Harrow, with the ability to commute easily.
- Experience in dealership sales: At least 1-2 years of proven automotive sales experience is required.
- Track record of success: Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Customer-focused communication skills: Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills with a positive, professional attitude.
- Self-driven and goal-oriented: A motivated individual who thrives in a commission-based role.
- Automotive knowledge: Familiarity with vehicles, financing options, and dealership operations.
