WEEKEND CLEANER

Hours: Saturdays and Sundays 8am – 2pm

The Company: Truscott Manor Care Home
Truscott Manor is a 39 bed nursing home in East Grinstead. Set in a traditional manor house, within acres of beautiful gardens, the home has a warm and friendly atmosphere, with a sense of family between the staff. Benefitting from an exceptional reputation within the area, we cater for elderly and frail residents with a varied dependency.
The Role:
- To maintain the general cleanliness of the home to a high standard in line with the homes policies on infection control
- To maintain the residents own rooms and possessions with care and respect
- To maintain equipment and follow COSHH regulations for safe use of cleaning products
- To establish and maintain good working relationships with staff and residents
- To ensure all duties are carried out in accordance with health and safety regulations
Skills Required:
- Compassionate
- Mature - MUST BE OVER 18 YEARS OLD
- Friendly, helpful, courteous and caring attitude
- Ability to undertake a wide range of tasks associated with cleaning duties to a high standard
- Ability to prioritise workload
- Ability to follow instructions regarding COSHH/infection control/ matters
