Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Gardener to join our team. As a Gardener, you will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing the appearance of our gardens and landscapes. If you have a passion for plants and enjoy working outdoors, we would love to hear from you.
Responsibilities:
- Perform landscape maintenance tasks such as mowing, trimming, and edging lawns
- Plant, water, and fertilize flowers, shrubs, and trees
- Prune and shape plants to maintain their health and appearance
- Weed garden beds and remove debris
- Operate power tools and equipment such as lawn mowers, trimmers, and blowers
- Install and maintain irrigation systems
- Assist with the design and implementation of new garden projects
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient garden maintenance
Requirements:
- Previous experience in landscape maintenance or gardening preferred
- Knowledge of different plant species and their care requirements
- Familiarity with power tools and hand tools used in gardening
- Ability to operate irrigation systems effectively
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Physical stamina to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
