Bakery Ingredient Weighing Operative
Location: On-site in Bristol, BS2
Pay Rate: £13.00 – £13.50 per hour
Hours: Monday to Friday, 5:00am – 1:30pm

About the Role
WB Employment are currently recruiting for a Bakery Ingredient Weighing Operative to join our client’s busy production team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for accurately weighing and preparing ingredients used in the production of bakery products. This is an important role within the production process, where accuracy, consistency, and attention to detail are essential.
You will work as part of a team in a fast-paced food production environment, following recipes and production requirements to ensure ingredients are prepared correctly and on time.
Key Responsibilities
- Accurately weigh and measure ingredients according to recipes and production requirements
- Prepare ingredients ready for the bakery production process
- Follow recipes, quantities, and production instructions carefully
- Ensure ingredients are correctly labelled and stored
- Check ingredients for quality and report any issues
- Maintain accurate records of ingredients and batches
- Keep weighing areas, equipment, and workspaces clean and tidy
- Follow strict food hygiene, health and safety procedures
- Work efficiently to meet daily production targets
- Support the wider bakery production team when required

Previous experience in a bakery, food production, manufacturing, or weighing role would be beneficial, but full training can be provided for the right candidate.

- Monday to Friday
- 5:00am – 1:30pm
- £13.00 – £13.50 per hour
- Full-time, regular work
