Who are we: Everton Football Club is one of world sport's most respected and revered names - a by-word for innovation, professionalism and community.
During the course of a glittering history spanning three centuries, we have been shaped and guided by our aspirational motto Nil Satis Nisi Optimum - nothing but the best is good enough.
One of only three clubs to have been a founder member of both the Football League and Premier League, our Men’s Senior Team has played more games in English football's top-flight than any other, winning nine league titles, five FA Cups and a European Cup Winners’ Cup.
In summer 2025, we embarked on an exciting new journey at Hill Dickinson Stadium, a world-class waterfront arena on the banks of Liverpool’s iconic River Mersey. The newest, most sustainable and most accessible stadium in the Premier League, our new home is also a state-of-the-art 365-venue for non-footballing events and conferences.
On the pitch, we remain committed to developing and supporting teams across our Men’s, Women’s and Academy set-ups that inspire, bring pride and continue to compete at the highest level of the game.
About the opportunity: As we enter an exciting new chapter, we are seeking an outstanding finance leader to join our team as Head of Financial Planning & Analysis.
As Head of Financial Planning & Analysis you will lead the Club's strategic financial planning, delivering high-quality financial insight, forecasting and modelling to support decision-making across both football and non-football operations.
You will be responsible for leading the annual budgeting process, coordinating regular forecasting cycles and developing the Group's long-range financial plans. The role will also ensure the effective modelling and monitoring of football financial regulations, including Profit & Sustainability, Football Earnings and Squad Cost controls, supporting the Club in making informed strategic decisions.

This is a pivotal leadership role that will shape the Club's financial planning capability, providing strategic insight, robust forecasting and commercial analysis. Working closely with senior stakeholders, you will help drive sustainable growth while ensuring the Club continues to meet the evolving financial and regulatory demands of professional football.
