QCM Healthcare is looking for an experienced and passionate Ofsted Registered Manager to lead our Children's Home in Ipswich. This is an excellent opportunity for a dedicated leader who is committed to delivering outstanding care and achieving the very best outcomes for children and young people.
Key Responsibilities
✅ Provide leadership and day-to-day management of the home.
✅ Ensure compliance with Ofsted regulations and Children's Homes Quality Standards.
✅ Promote a culture of safeguarding and positive outcomes.
✅ Lead, supervise and develop the staff team.
✅ Maintain excellent relationships with families and partner agencies.
✅ Drive continuous improvement and service excellence.
Essential Requirements
✔ Previous experience managing a children's residential home.
✔ Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (or working towards).
✔ Strong understanding of Ofsted regulations and safeguarding.
✔ Excellent leadership and communication skills.
✔ Passion for improving the lives of vulnerable children and young people.
Pay: £55,000.00-£65,000.00 per year
