Founded over 25 years ago, this company designs and manufactures a range of premium agricultural grain trailers from its 24,000 sq ft facility in Essex. Built on a reputation for quality workmanship and excellent customer service, the business supplies bespoke trailer solutions to the agricultural sector and operates a fleet of over 40 hire trailers. Due to continued expansion and increased demand, they are looking to add an experienced Welder Fabricator to their growing team.
In this role, you will be responsible for fabricating and welding agricultural trailers from start to finish. Working on bespoke, one-off builds, you will carry out MIG welding, fabrication, grinding and assembly work, ensuring each trailer meets the company's high standards. Training can be provided on additional fabrication equipment such as press brakes and lathes for the right candidate.
This role would suit a Welder Fabricator with MIG welding experience looking to join a busy and expanding engineering business offering long-term stability, regular overtime and the opportunity to work on varied, bespoke projects.
The Role:
- MIG welding and fabrication of agricultural trailers
- Working on bespoke, one-off trailer builds from start to finish
- Maintaining high quality and safety standards throughout production
- Monday to Friday, 40-hour week
- Regular overtime available (10+ hours per week)

- Experience using fabrication tools and workshop equipment
- Commutable to Ongar, Essex
