AppLocum is recruiting on behalf of an award-winning GP practice in Doncaster for an experienced Practice Nurse to join their friendly and patient-focused team.

The Role
As a Practice Nurse, you will be responsible for delivering a wide range of general practice nursing services, including:
- Chronic disease management and QOF reviews
- Child and adult immunisations and vaccinations
- Cervical cytology (smears)
- Wound care and dressings
- Health promotion and patient education
- General practice nursing duties
The successful candidate will be confident and competent in managing chronic disease reviews, immunisations, and all core Practice Nurse responsibilities.
Working Hours
- Flexible Part-Time or Full-Time opportunities available
- Working hours between 8:00am – 6:00pm
- One 8:00pm finish per week
- 6 Saturdays per year (9:00am – 1:00pm)
