As our club continues to grow, we’re looking for an experienced and passionate Lead Gymnastics Coach to join our leadership team.
The Role
This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious Women’s Artistic Gymnastics Coach who wants to make a real impact. You’ll lead classes, mentor coaches, help develop programmes and play a key role in maintaining the high standards Swan Academy is known for.
We’re looking for someone who leads by example, has excellent technical knowledge and genuinely loves helping children succeed.

Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding Women’s Artistic Gymnastics sessions for children aged 4 to 16.
- Lead classes independently with confidence and professionalism.
- Mentor and support Level 1 and Level 2 coaches.
- Plan engaging lessons that develop gymnasts safely and effectively.
- Build positive relationships with gymnasts and parents.
- Maintain the highest standards of safeguarding and health and safety.
- Support competitions, holiday camps, club events and coach development.
- Help maintain a welcoming, professional and positive club culture.
- Be a role model for both gymnasts and coaches.
What We’re Looking ForEssential
- BG or IGA Level 3 qualification or above.
- Minimum 3 years’ coaching experience.
- Experience coaching Women’s Artistic Gymnastics.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Passion for developing children and supporting other coaches.
- Professional, reliable and organised.
- Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain one).
Desirable
- IGA Level 4 qualification.
- Experience coaching competitive gymnasts.
- First Aid qualification.
- Safeguarding qualification.
- Judge qualification.
- Experience mentoring or managing coaching teams.
