Overview
We are seeking enthusiastic and professional Front of House Staff to join our vibrant hospitality team. Duties
- Welcome guests warmly and assist with seating arrangements
- Take orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring prompt service
- Serve food and beverages with professionalism and attentiveness
- Assist in food preparation and presentation as required
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the front of house area
- Handle customer enquiries courteously and resolve any issues promptly
- Support barista duties, including preparing coffee and other beverages
- Adhere to food safety standards and health & safety regulations at all times
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth restaurant operations
- Assist with setting up events or special functions when needed
Qualifications
- Previous experience in hospitality, catering, or restaurant service is preferred but not essential
- Knowledge of food safety standards and procedures
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- A friendly, approachable manner with a professional attitude
- Experience with food preparation or barista work is a plus
- Flexibility to work shifts including evenings, weekends, or holidays as required
- A genuine passion for delivering outstanding customer service
