Job Summary

Responsibilities
- Lead religious services, prayer sessions, music and spiritual ceremonies with energy and clarity, ensuring inclusivity for all participants
- Provide mentorship and counseling to individuals seeking spiritual guidance or facing personal challenges
- Organize and facilitate community outreach programs, religious education classes, and special events that promote faith-based learning
- Support families and individuals during times of grief or hospice care by offering compassionate presence and spiritual support
- Assist with fundraising efforts to support community programs, religious initiatives, and charitable activities
- Collaborate with other community leaders and volunteers to develop engaging programs that foster a sense of belonging and spiritual growth
- Maintain open communication with community members, ensuring their needs are heard and addressed with positivity and respect
Qualifications
- Proven experience in teaching or leading religious or spiritual groups with enthusiasm and confidence
- Strong leadership skills combined with excellent communication abilities to inspire and motivate diverse audiences
- Experience working with children or vulnerable populations, demonstrating patience and understanding
- Ability to mentor others effectively, providing guidance that encourages personal development and faith-based growth
- Knowledge of hospice care principles related to spiritual support during end-of-life situations
- Experience in fundraising activities to support community projects or religious initiatives is a plus
- A genuine passion for serving others through faith-based practices, with a flexible approach to meet the needs of the community
