We are currently seeking a proactive, relationship-focused, and resourceful Membership Coordinator

- Delivering exceptional customer service, you'll act as a proud Ambassador for The Townhouse, creating a warm welcome and building meaningful relationships with both new and existing members
- As the primary contact for our members and prospective members, you'll deliver an exceptional concierge experience, handling enquiries, requests and feedback with warmth and professionalism. From arranging restaurant, gym, reciprocal club and event bookings to anticipating individual needs, you'll ensure every interaction reflects the luxury standards of The Townhouse
- Working at pace, you’ll be juggling many different communication channels and system interfaces at the same time, whether you’re answering and redirecting incoming calls, answering member’s WhatsApp messages and emails, or using our booking and member profiling software to make reservations and build member profiles
- Supporting our Membership Membership Experience teams with all administrative elements of the membership lifecycle, from onboarding through to renewals and resignations
- You'll be an internal champion for our member database, maintaining an overarching understanding of how it's used throughout the Townhouse. Taking ownership of the quality and accuracy of the database, you'll ensure member profiles, preferences, visit history and key interactions are consistently maintained to support personalised member experiences
- Providing administrative and operational support across the Membership and Membership Experience teams, contributing to projects, process improvements and the successful delivery of departmental objectives. You'll also prepare accurate reports, dashboards and administrative information to support the monitoring of membership activity, engagement and performance
- You'll oversee and coordinate member events, assisting with the planning, coordination and delivery of member events, ensuring every detail is organised to the highest standard
- Attending weekly BEO meetings, ensuring all member events are accurately communicated and operational departments are fully briefed
- Hosting member events alongside the Membership team, you'll ensure departments are fully briefed, event spaces are prepared, members are warmly welcomed and guests enjoy an exceptional experience throughout
- You'll have a fantastic knowledge of the facilities available for private events, including room capacities, suitable event types, entertainment options, food service timings, menu offerings, AV capabilities and special requests; you'll gather accurate requirements and pass comprehensive information to the Events team, ensuring a seamless handover for further discussion and planning
- Interacting with our members and guests alike, always warm, professional, helpful and doing everything you can to exceed their expectations, playing your part in making their experience with us luxurious in every way. Putting the needs of our members first, you recognise that for them to receive an elevated experience, you’re focus on the finer detail is vital
- You have fantastic experience in hospitality, membership, customer service or a client-facing environment, and you understand the importance of building lasting relationships and creating memorable experiences. You naturally go above and beyond to exceed expectations and strengthen member engagement
- A passionate ambassador for The Townhouse, you actively promote our facilities, events and membership offering, continually identifying opportunities to enhance the member and guest experience while supporting membership growth and retention
- Your attitude and approach are always positive, professional and solution-focused; no matter how many times an issue has been presented to you, you consistently deliver a fresh perspective, demonstrating patience, empathy and a genuine desire to help
