From our production facility based in Newcastle, Tyne and Wear we are able to offer a full range of bandsaw blades and circular saw blades to suit all metal cutting applications along with full in house and field based technical support.
Production operative required to join our existing production team in the manufacturing of Bandsaw blades and circular saw blades.
Initial duties will include supporting the full production process from manufacture to packing and dispatch. All training will be provided in all areas of the manufacturing process, including the use of flash butt welding machines, grinding and finishing and CNC machinery.

- Operate production machinery and equipment according to established procedures and safety guidelines.
- Monitor the production process to ensure efficiency and quality standards are met.
- Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of machinery to ensure optimal performance.
- Assemble and package finished products for shipment or distribution.
- Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area.
Requirements:
- Experience working in a warehouse or manufacturing environment preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
- Physical stamina to stand, lift, and move heavy objects for extended periods of time.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot equipment issues.
- Effective communication skills to collaborate with team members and supervisors.```
