Immediate start for experienced domiciliary carers to work in CB10 & CB11 area of Saffron Walden, Elsenham, Audley End, Stansted mountfitchet,Bishop Stortford and the Clavering areas of West Essex .

Care drivers are must for the areas stated above due to the local areas. Hence a Full driving licence is required.
Applicants with experience but do not drive will not be considered
Pay rate: £12.71 - £16.00 depending on experience and the complexity of the care package
Job Types: Full-time and Part-time hours available

Schedule:
- Monday to Sunday.
- shifts range from hourly to 12 hours, to include day/night sittings
A Must Have For This Post:
- Have the right to live and work in UK
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Experience in complex care sector
- Good communication skills and a good sense of humour
- Have compassion, empathy and patience
- Are trustworthy, honest and respectful Demonstrate understanding of self-centred care
- Treats others with dignity and respect
- Helps vulnerable people live as comfortably as possible
- Assisting patients with grooming and personal hygiene
- Monitoring clients’ health and wellbeing
- Maintaining and updating reports
- Daily tasks that may be required – such as light housekeeping,
- Supporting with social interaction
- Support to other team members in emergency situations
Experience:
- Home care: up to 1 year's worth of experience (preferred) not essential;
