Front of House / Client Coordinator
The Laser Club
The Laser Club is growing and we’re looking for a confident, friendly and organised Front of House / Client Coordinator to join our team at our brand new HQ just outside the city centre.
This is a true 360° client-facing role, perfect for someone who loves working with people, thrives in a fast-paced environment and isn’t afraid of picking up the phone.
We are looking for someone to start in the next 2-4 weeks
The Role
You’ll be the first point of contact for our clients, representing The Laser Club both in person and over the phone for all of our clinics across Manchester, Cheshire, Leeds and Dublin. We also have a sister brand called Boombae which is a hair salon. Your responsibilities will include:
- Welcoming and checking in clients at front of house
- Answering calls and emails confidently and handling enquiries
- Managing our email and online booking system
- Following up and converting new leads
- Supporting the team with general reception and admin duties
- Delivering an exceptional client experience at all times
About You
We’re looking for someone who is:
- Confident and professional on the phone and face-to-face
- Friendly, organised and reliable
- Comfortable managing bookings, emails and client enquiries
- Experienced in a front-of-house, reception, customer service or sales role
- Experience within beauty/aesthetics is a bonus, but not essential
Hours
This is a Tuesday–Saturday role with 8-hour shifts
