We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Tyre Technician to join our busy alloy wheel refurbishing centre. This role is essential to our operation, ensuring tyres are safely removed and refitted to a high standard while maintaining care for both customer vehicles and refurbished wheels.
Key Responsibilities
- Remove tyres from customer vehicles safely and efficiently
- Refit tyres onto refurbished alloy wheels to a high standard
- Balance wheels where required
- Inspect tyres for wear, damage, or defects and report findings to management or customers
- Ensure all work is carried out carefully to avoid damage to wheels or tyres
- Maintain a clean and organised working area
- Follow all health and safety procedures
Requirements
- Previous experience in tyre fitting
- Strong attention to detail and a careful approach to work
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Good communication skills
- Reliable, punctual, and hardworking
- Valid UK driving licence
