Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Full Time Supervisor to oversee daily operations within our dynamic hospitality environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a passion for food and service, and a comprehensive understanding of restaurant or pub management. Duties
- Lead and motivate team members, providing guidance and support to foster a positive working environment.
- Oversee food safety protocols, ensuring compliance with health regulations and organisational standards.
- Supervise shifts & delegate tasks effectively, and monitor performance to optimise productivity.
- Assist in training new staff members in culinary techniques, customer service standards, and safety procedures.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, organisation, and presentation in all service areas.
- Monitor inventory levels, assist with ordering supplies, and ensure proper storage of ingredients.
- Handle customer enquiries or complaints professionally to uphold organisational reputation.
- Collaborate with management on menu planning, special events, or promotional activities as required.
Requirements
- Proven supervising experience within a restaurant or pub setting.
- Strong knowledge of food & beverage industry including cellar training and management.
- Experience in team management with excellent leadership qualities.
- Background in restaurant or pub environments is essential
- Familiarity with food production processes and kitchen operations.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently.
- Outstanding communication skills to effectively lead staff and interact with customers.
- A proactive attitude with the ability to motivate teams under pressure.
