Service Manager – Supported Living - Learning Disabilities & Complex Needs

The Role
As Service Manager, you will be responsible for supporting and developing the teams delivering care and support within our supported living service. You will play a key role in ensuring people receive safe, effective and person-centred support that reflects their individual needs and aspirations.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading, supporting and developing staff teams
- Ensuring high-quality care and support is delivered consistently across the service
- Developing and implementing effective systems and processes
- Auditing care documentation to ensure compliance and accuracy
- Managing safeguarding concerns and ensuring appropriate action is taken
- Reviewing and reassessing support packages as people's needs change
- Working alongside senior management to drive service improvement and growth
- Deputising for the Complex Care Manager when required
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Previous experience as a Service Manager, Supported Living Manager, Deputy Manager or similar management role within a regulated care setting
- Experience supporting adults with learning disabilities, physical disabilities and/or complex care needs
- A strong commitment to delivering high-quality, person-centred services
- Good knowledge of CQC regulations and relevant social care legislation
- A Level 5 qualification in Leadership for Health and Social Care, or a willingness to work towards this
- Strong leadership, organisational and communication skills

Pay: £33,841.00 per year
