We are looking for a reliable, organised and hands-on Warehouse Operative / Order Fulfilment Assistant to join our team. This role is mainly focused on picking, packing and dispatching customer orders accurately and efficiently, so previous warehouse, fulfilment or pick-and-pack experience is important.

- Experience with e-commerce order fulfilment is a strong advantage
- Good attention to detail and pride in doing things properly
- Reliable, punctual and able to work at a steady pace
- Comfortable lifting and moving boxes as part of the role
- Organised, practical and able to keep your workspace tidy
- Able to work independently and as part of a small team
- Good communication skills and a positive attitude
- Comfortable around plants, soil, packaging materials and delicate products
- Ideally living within a 45-minute commute of our studio at N22 6AG
