Pharmacy Cluster Supervisor (Full-Time) – Somerset
Due to the continued expansion of our pharmacy group, we are looking to recruit two enthusiastic and self-motivated Pharmacy Cluster Supervisors to join our team covering the Somerset area.
This is a multi-site role, supporting approximately five pharmacies within your designated cluster as required. As travel between stores is essential, applicants must hold a full UK driving licence and have access to a vehicle.
With 16 pharmacies currently operating and further expansion planned, this is an exciting opportunity to join a growing independent pharmacy group where you can make a real impact.
About the Role
As a Pharmacy Cluster Supervisor, you will be responsible for supporting the effective day-to-day operation of pharmacies across your designated area. You will ensure operational standards, procedures and compliance are consistently maintained while providing leadership, guidance and support to pharmacy teams.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering outstanding patient care and customer service. You will be confident leading teams, adapting to changing priorities and driving continuous improvement across multiple sites.

- Confidently use NHS systems and pharmacy IT systems, including PMR software.
