Bead Blasting / Surface Finisher
We are a family run business based in Witney, Oxfordshire specialising in CNC machining of precision aluminium parts across a range of sectors.
The parts we manufacture are sold worldwide and supplied finished to a high standard.
We are looking for a Bead Blasting / Surface Finisher to join our team on a full-time basis.
Duties
- Bead blasting and masking high end aluminium parts
- Brushing/graining and orbital sanding/deburring
- Reviewing own work prior to secondary inspection
- Assisting with maintenance of finishing equipment
Requirements
A team player who is comfortable working in a smaller team and completing tasks on their own.
The ability to apply a high attention to detail and maintain consistency whilst surface finishing is critical for the role.
Experience of bead blasting/shot blasting and workshop experience is advantageous.
Specifics
- Full-time, permanent position
- Covering 40 hours per week 07:00 to 15:30 Monday to Friday – overtime available to 46 hours per week
- Pay to be discussed with experience
- 20 days holiday + bank holidays per annum – extended with length of service
- Company bonus scheme after 6 months employment
