Shifts: Full Time - 42hr Contract (Monday to Sunday on a rota basis)
Pay: £12.71 – £13.21 per hour (depending on qualifications)
About the Service
The Gables is an 8-bed residential service supporting adults with learning disabilities, autism, complex needs and physical disabilities. The service provides a safe, structured and person-centred environment where individuals are supported to build independence, develop daily living skills, and achieve their personal goals.
People we support enjoy a range of activities within the service and in the community, including swimming, horse riding, walking and cinema outings, helping them to stay engaged, active and connected.
About the Role
As a Support Worker, you’ll empower adults with learning disabilities, autism, ABI, and mental health needs to live life their way.
You’ll:
Support independence and personal goals
Deliver high-quality, person-centred care
Assist with daily life activities, for example cooking, shopping and social outings
Provide personal care and support with health and wellbeing
Follow clear processes and individual care plans to ensure we provide safe and consistent support

Pay Structure
Entry Level – £12.71 per hour
NVQ Level 2 completed – £12.96 per hour
NVQ Level 3 completed – £13.21 per hour
