Job Description
We’re looking for reliable and detail-oriented self-employed cleaners to join our growing cleaning team in Bristol.
We specialise in Airbnb changeovers, meaning your job will be to prepare short-term rental properties between guest stays, making sure everything is spotless and guest-ready.
This is a freelance, flexible role, ideal for someone who takes pride in their work and enjoys working independently.
Duties
- Carry out full Airbnb changeover cleans (from studio flats up to 6-bedroom houses).
- Tasks include: stripping and making beds, dusting, hoovering, mopping, wiping surfaces, and deep bathroom and kitchen cleaning.
- Restock basic amenities and report any damage or missing items.
- Follow a detailed checklist for consistent high standards.
- Take before and after photos of each clean.
- Collect bedding from storage before starting cleans.
- Work within time-specific schedules between guest check-in and check-out.
Requirements
- Must have a driving licence and a way to travel around Bristol.
- Previous cleaning experience (especially Airbnb or hospitality) is a plus, but not essential.
- Comfortable working alone and managing your own time.
- Physically fit and able to lift, bend, and clean for extended periods.
- Must have a smartphone with WhatsApp for communication and scheduling.
- Must be self-employed and handle your own tax and NI.
- Bring your own cleaning products and equipment (we do not supply them).
Pay Structure
Our base rate is £17 per hour, and pay depends on property size and number of bedrooms/bathrooms.
Mileage is paid for jobs outside of Bristol.
Location
Various central and surrounding areas across Bristol.
