Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Server and Bartender to join our team in Liverpool Albert Dock Restaurant. This role is vital in ensuring our guests enjoy outstanding service and a welcoming atmosphere, reflecting our commitment to excellence and hospitality.
Responsibilities
- Greet and serve customers with professionalism and warmth.
- Take orders accurately and deliver food and beverages promptly.
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks as per standard recipes.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the service area.
- Ensure food safety standards are consistently met.
- Manage multiple tables efficiently during busy hours.
- Collaborate with team members to provide seamless service.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues courteously.
- Qualifications
- Proven experience in restaurant serving or bartending roles.
- Strong knowledge of food safety standards.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure.
- Basic math skills for billing and transactions.
- Time management skills to handle busy shifts.
- A friendly, professional attitude with a passion for hospitality.
- Previous experience in Indian cuisine or similar settings is a plus.
