We're looking for an enthusiastic Spa Supervisor / Treatment Therapist to join our friendly team.

About the Role
As a Spa Supervisor / Treatment Therapist, you'll be responsible for delivering high standard spa treatments while helping to ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of the spa. You'll play an important role in creating a calm, welcoming environment where every guest receives a truly memorable experience.
This is a versatile role. You'll need to be adaptable and happy to support different areas of the business, including supervising the pool and spa facilities and providing treatments.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver professional spa and beauty treatments to an exceptional standard.
- Welcome guests warmly and ensure they receive outstanding customer care throughout their visit.
- Assist with the day-to-day supervision and smooth operation of the spa.
- Supervise the pool and spa facilities, ensuring guests enjoy a safe and relaxing environment.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, presentation, and hygiene throughout the spa.
- Support guest enquiries and bookings.
- Work closely with colleagues to maintain the friendly, supportive atmosphere Hidden Oaks is known for.
About You
The ideal candidate will:
- Hold a Level 3 Beauty Therapy qualification (NVQ or equivalent).
- Have previous spa or beauty therapy experience (preferred but not essential).
- Be passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and creating memorable guest experiences.
- Have a warm, friendly, and professional manner.
- Be positive, approachable, and confident communicating with guests.
- Enjoy working as part of a close-knit team while also being able to work independently.
- Be flexible and available to work weekends.
- Be happy to take on a varied role, including supervising the pool and spa facilities.
- Hold a valid First Aid qualification (desirable but not essential).
