We’re looking for a customer-focused Shop & Admissions Assistant to join our team at the award-winning Cotswold Motoring Museum.
This is a flexible, casual role that would suit a student or someone looking for part-time hours, with a mix of duties across our shop, admissions counter, and support with our popular ice cream van.
What you’ll be doing
- Welcoming visitors and providing a warm, engaging first impression
- Operating the admissions counter, handling ticket sales and enquiries
- Serving customers in the gift shop, maintaining displays and stock levels
- Supporting food service at our ice cream van
- Keeping work areas clean, tidy and well presented
- Delivering excellent customer service at all times
What we’re looking for
- A positive, friendly attitude and confidence working with the public
- Strong communication skills and a willingness to help
- A flexible approach to working across different areas
- Reliability and a good work ethic
Hours & Pay
- Casual / part-time hours, typically 20–30 hours per week
- Weekend and holiday availability required
- Pay at National Living Wage
