Job Summary

Duties
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
- Maintain a clean and organised bar area, ensuring compliance with food safety regulations.
- Engage with customers, providing excellent service and responding to their needs promptly.
- Handle cash transactions accurately, employing basic maths skills for billing and change.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service during busy periods.
- Uphold the establishment's policies on responsible alcohol service and promote a safe drinking environment.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Bartender or in a similar role within the restaurant or hospitality industry is preferred.
- Strong time management skills to efficiently handle multiple tasks in a busy setting.
- Knowledge of food safety practices and regulations is essential.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to engage customers effectively.
- Basic maths skills for handling cash transactions accurately.
