Job Summary
We are seeking a self-employed window cleaner to provide professional cleaning services for residential and commercial properties. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality window cleaning with a focus on customer satisfaction. This role offers flexibility and independence, allowing you to manage your own schedule while building a strong reputation within the community. A reliable vehicle and good communication skills are essential to succeed in this position.
Duties
- Clean windows of various sizes and heights using appropriate tools and techniques
- Ensure all surfaces are streak-free and thoroughly cleaned to meet client expectations
- Must have own Van, Window Cleaning set up and poles
- Manage appointments and communicate effectively with clients regarding service times and requirements
- Keep equipment well-maintained and organised for efficient operation
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client queries professionally and courteously
- Collect payments or arrange payment methods as agreed with clients
- Keep accurate records of jobs completed and schedule future appointments as needed
Requirements
- Valid driving licence with a clean driving record
- Proven experience in window cleaning or related roles is advantageous but not essential, as training can be provided
- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written
- Strong customer service skills with a professional attitude
- Ability to work independently, organise your workload efficiently, and manage your own business operations
- Reliable transport to access different job sites across the area
- Physically fit to carry equipment, work at heights, and perform manual tasks safely
- Self-motivated with a focus on delivering high standards of service
Pay: £300.00-£800.00 per week
