The Commis Chef in the Kitchen Morning Team supports the Breakfast and Lunch kitchen service for the Parlour and Glade restaurants (2 Rosettes for each)
40 to 52 hours per week over 4/5 days + 2/3 days off, all worked hours paid. no split shifts.
Earnings based on worked hours (from 29,500 based on 44 hours per week - £34,864 for 5 days - 52 hours)
Candidates must have a right to work in the UK, no sponsorship available
What will be my role of Commis Chef in the Morning Team?
Starting around 7am, the team prepares Breakfast and lunch for the Parlour and Glade restaurants.
The Parlour is a café with simple dishes with a sketch and Pierre Gagnaire twist and the Glade is a more complex menu offering with French and modern inspiration.
All menus are realised by Masterchef Pierre Gagnaire and Head Chef Gabriel Belmonte.
What we are looking for:
- Culinary Training or previous experience in a similar environment
