UeCampus is a fast-growing online education provider offering globally accredited degrees and diplomas. We're hiring a driven Enrolment Advisor / Sales Executive to convert warm, inbound enquiries into enrolled students.
This is a consultative sales role ideal for someone target-driven who wants strong earning potential and the satisfaction of helping people transform their careers through education. Full training provided, so recent graduates and those early in their sales career are welcome to apply.
What you'll do:
- Contact and follow up with prospective students who've enquired about our programmes
- Understand each learner's goals and recommend the right course
- Guide applicants through the enrolment process from first contact to sign-up
- Handle questions about cost, time and accreditation with confidence and empathy
- Meet and exceed monthly enrolment targets
- Keep your pipeline organised in our CRM
What we're looking for:
- Confident communicator, strong on phone and email
- Target-driven, self-motivated and resilient
- Consultative, empathetic approach
- Well-organised with good follow-up discipline
- Sales, telesales, customer service or admissions experience is a plus (full training is provided

- £25,000-30,000 base salary + uncapped commission (realistic OTE £45,000+)
