Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable and professional Chauffeur to provide safe and efficient transportation services. The ideal candidate will possess excellent driving skills, strong communication abilities, and a commitment to maintaining high standards of service. As a Chauffeur, you will be responsible for transporting clients to various destinations while ensuring their comfort and safety throughout the journey.
Duties
- Drive clients to their specified destinations in a timely and safe manner.
- Maintain the vehicle in excellent condition, ensuring cleanliness and functionality at all times.
- Communicate effectively with clients regarding pick-up and drop-off times, routes, and any changes in schedule.
- Assist clients with heavy lifting of luggage or personal items as needed.
- Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations while driving.
- Conduct regular inspections of the vehicle to ensure it meets safety standards.
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing any client inquiries or concerns professionally.
Requirements
- Valid driver's licence with a clean driving record.
- Experience in commercial driving or as a delivery driver is preferred.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting when assisting clients with their belongings.
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with clients and team members.
- Familiarity with central London an advantage
- A professional appearance and demeanor at all times.
- Private Hire Licence with Uttlesford Council to be obtained - help will be given
