Job Summary
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Senior Beauty Therapist to join our dynamic team. Duties
- Perform a wide range of beauty treatments including facials, waxing, massage, and makeup application with precision and care
- Deliver personalized skincare consultations to recommend suitable treatments and products tailored to individual client needs
- Provide expert makeup application for various occasions, ensuring a flawless finish that boosts client confidence
- Maintain a clean, hygienic, and organized treatment area in compliance with health and safety regulations
- Build strong relationships with clients through attentive listening, clear communication, and exceptional service
- Mentor junior therapists by sharing knowledge, offering guidance, and supporting their professional development
- Keep detailed records of treatments provided and follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Beauty Therapist with a focus on delivering high-quality treatments
- Strong skills in makeup application and customer service excellence
- Excellent communication skills in English to effectively interact with diverse clients
- Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of current beauty trends, techniques, and best practices in skincare and treatments
- Certification or qualification in beauty therapy or related field is preferred but not mandatory
- A positive attitude with enthusiasm for helping clients look and feel their best

Pay: £26,000.00-£42,000.00 per year
