Qualified Electrician Required – Self-Employed
J Electrical Services is looking to recruit an experienced, reliable and motivated self-employed electrician to join our growing team.

Essential Requirements
- Minimum 6 years' experience as a qualified electrician
- 18th Edition Wiring Regulations
- Inspection & Testing qualification (2391 or equivalent)
- Full UK driving licence
- Excellent fault-finding skills and a professional attitude
You must have a strong working knowledge and practical experience in:
Domestic Electrical Installations
- Full rewires
- Partial rewires
- Consumer unit replacements
- General domestic installations and fault finding
Commercial Electrical Installations
- LED lighting installations
- Dado trunking
- Conduit systems
- General commercial electrical work
Industrial Electrical Installations
- SWA (armoured) cable installations
- Distribution boards and consumer units
- General industrial electrical installations
Additional Experience
- Fire alarm systems – Medium to high level of experience
- Intercom systems – Basic understanding
- CCTV installations – Basic installation experience
- Electrical inspection, testing and certification – Full understanding
