Launching Sept '26!
LevelOut now has over 20 sites across London- and we are continuing to grow!! We are a nurturing, supportive, professional, inclusive studio and our goal is to create a community of likeminded people who love movement.
We want to make Reformer Pilates as accessible to as many people as possible through excellent teaching and we want our instructors to feel at their best when teaching!
All of our studios have between 9 and 12 Reformers, natural lighting and clients are a dream!
Our style is contemporary and honours the Pilates Principles. We see the value of having a broad range of instructors, from different backgrounds of study.
We are currently looking for talented, nurturing, excellent instructors to teach for us.
Responsibilities
- Teach classes to a high standard
- Guide members through interesting, flowing, and creative classes. (Class structures/ guidelines provided)
- Be adaptable to all levels.
- Build rapport with members. Community is important to us
- Break down exercises and help clients to establish good movement skills using exercises to target problem areas.
- Be punctual and manage time efficiently
- Maintain studio standards
- Be available for initial training and support
Qualifications
Must be certified to teach Reformer Pilates (Sadly no Mat or fintness)
Although full training and onboarding will be given, you must be certified : )
£39 per class starting rate + a tiered system. We also pay £5 extra per class on Weekends (£44).
