Responsibilities and Duties
The successful candidate will support the ongoing operation, reliability, and performance of the organisation's network infrastructure while helping to maintain a secure and stable networking environment across all business locations. The role also requires troubleshooting LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, and internet connectivity issues, implementing network security best practices, and maintaining compliance with company policies and procedures.
The successful candidate will work collaboratively with colleagues across departments to support business operations and project delivery, provide professional and responsive technical support to users, and continuously develop their networking, infrastructure, and cyber security knowledge through practical experience and training.
