About Us: Aura Organics Spa is a natural wellness and beauty spa based in Hackney Wick, with an additional location in Greenwich. We combine traditional beauty and spa treatments with a holistic approach to wellbeing, creating a relaxing space where our clients can truly switch off and recharge.
We use our own natural skincare range throughout our treatments, with a strong focus on sustainability, high-quality ingredients and treatments that are as kind to the planet as they are to the skin.
Alongside massage, facials and traditional beauty treatments, we offer holistic therapies including Reiki, Indian head massage and reflexology. Our Hackney Wick location also features a private spa area with a steam room, sauna and Jacuzzi, offering guests a complete spa and wellness experience.
The Role
We’re looking for a skilled, confident and caring Therapist to join our team.
You’ll be someone who genuinely enjoys massage and wellness and takes pride in delivering consistently excellent treatments. Just as importantly, you’ll understand that the little details matter when creating a relaxing and memorable experience for every guest.
The role will include:
- Swedish and relaxation massage
- Deep tissue massage
- Couples massage
- Spa and wellness treatments
- Facials and body treatments
- Preparing treatment rooms and maintaining excellent cleanliness standards
- Welcoming guests and making sure they receive a great experience from arrival through to the end of their visit
You’ll receive training in our own skincare products, treatment protocols and signature spa rituals.
Position: Experienced Beauty Therapist
Locations: Hackney Wick & Greenwich (flexibility to work at both locations preferred)
Employment Type: Full-time or Part-time
Salary: £14 per hour
Requirements:
- Minimum Level 3 qualification in Beauty Therapy.
- At least 2 years of professional experience in the beauty industry.
- Expertise in intimate waxing, nails, massages, and facials.
- Strong massage skills are essential.
- Knowledge or interest in holistic treatments is highly appreciated.
- Availability to work at least one day over the weekend.
- Flexibility to work across both Hackney Wick and Greenwich locations is ideal.
