We are seeking an ambitious and driven individual to join a progressive and growing team.
This is a full-time, office-based role ( 3 days in the office, 2 day working from home). Given the collaborative nature of the team and the importance of on-the-job learning, regular office presence is essential.
The successful candidate will join a supportive estimating function, contributing to bids and cost planning across mechanical building projects. The team is forward-thinking, offering genuine opportunity for development and progression as the business continues to grow.
We are open to candidates at a mid-level stage in their career who are looking to build on their existing experience. The ideal candidate will have:
A solid grounding in mechanical building services (ideally across multiple systems rather than a single specialism)
Prior estimating experience, with the potential to develop further
Good IT literacy (including core Microsoft applications) and openness to learning new systems
We are looking for someone who is:
Energetic, proactive, and ambitious
Keen to learn and take on new challenges
Comfortable working collaboratively within a team environment
This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing business that invests in its people. The successful candidate will benefit from a clear development pathway, ongoing support, and the chance to progress within an expanding department.
