Security Officer – Join Our Team
We are seeking a reliable and proactive Security Officer to help maintain a safe and secure environment. This role is ideal for someone who is observant, calm under pressure, and takes pride in protecting people and property.
Responsibilities:
- Patrol and monitor premises to ensure safety and security
- Maintain a visible presence and enforce security procedures
- Monitor CCTV and alarms, responding to any risks or incidents
- Investigate suspicious activity and complete clear reports
- Respond to emergencies, including medical situations and fire alarms
- Provide a professional and helpful service to staff and visitors
Experience:
- Previous security experience preferred but not essential
- Basic first aid knowledge is an advantage
- Familiarity with CCTV and security systems
Skills:
- Strong attention to detail and observation skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stay calm and make decisions under pressure
- Physically fit and able to stand or walk for extended periods
