Enderby, Leicester
- Produce accurate technical drawings on a variety of projects within the commercial, residential, industrial, health care and education sectors on projects up to £50 million in value
- Produce drawings for building structures in all structural materials including steel, concrete, masonry and timber as well as sub structure
- Have a suitable qualification such as a HNC in building studies or equivalent (advantageous but not essential)
- A minimum of 2 years’ experience in the built environment
- Proficient in AutoCAD software
- Experience in Revit (advantageous but not essential)
- Ability to produce and revise accurate technical drawing from design briefs and mark-ups
- Experience in detailing reinforced concrete (advantageous but not essential)
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Excellent communication skills
