Job Summary
We are looking for a creative and motivated Advertising and Marketing Associate Professional to join our restaurant team. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and executing marketing and advertising activities to increase brand awareness, attract new customers, and support business growth. This role requires strong communication skills, creativity, and an understanding of current marketing trends, particularly within the food and hospitality industry.
Key Responsibilities
* Plan, develop, and implement advertising and marketing campaigns to promote the restaurant’s products, services, and special events.
* Manage the restaurant’s social media platforms by creating engaging content, including photos, videos, and promotional posts.
* Coordinate seasonal promotions, loyalty programs, and marketing events to increase customer engagement.
* Work with graphic designers, photographers, and external marketing agencies when required.
* Conduct market research to identify customer preferences, industry trends, and competitor activities.
* Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and prepare performance reports.
* Assist in maintaining the restaurant’s brand image and ensure consistent marketing communications across all channels.
* Update website content and online business listings to ensure accurate and current information.
* Support the development of promotional materials such as menus, flyers, posters, and digital advertisements.
* Collaborate with restaurant management to develop marketing strategies that drive sales and customer retention.
Required Skills
* Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
* Excellent organizational and project management skills.
* Knowledge of social media marketing platforms such as Rednote, Wechat, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and Google Business Profile.
* Basic understanding of digital marketing, online advertising, and content creation.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
* Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
* Creative thinking with strong attention to detail.
* Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Education Requirements
* Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business Administration, Communications, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
Preferred Qualifications
* At least one year of experience in marketing, advertising, hospitality, or the food and beverage industry is preferred.
* Experience with social media management, content creation, or graphic design software is an advantage.
* Knowledge of restaurant marketing and customer engagement strategies is highly desirable.
