TCM is a FMCG manufacturing company based in Coalville.
We are currently looking for machine operators to run extrusion/conversion/recycling machines in the plastics industry. No experience necessary, training will be provided.
After a 2 week initial training period you will be working an 4 on 4 off shift pattern working days and nights. Plenty of opportunity for overtime.
Duties include:
- Reading job specification sheets and obtaining all applicable tools and materials with manual handling involved.
- Setting up machine to run jobs.
- Carrying out machine adjustments as needed.
- Ensuring target output is achieved with excellent quality and compliance to customer requirements and quality standards.
- Identifyingand promptly reporting any equipment malfunction, material, safety, and or quality issues.
- Working closely with other members of the team.
- Adhering to quality and health and safety procedures.
- Completing forms and quality measurements.
- Maintaining housekeeping, ensuring that area is clean, tidy and hazard free.
- Performing any projects and assignments as directed by supervisory personnel.

Pay: to start on minimum wage for your age, then will increase based on performance
