Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Early Years practitioner to join our team at Over Puddleducks Preschool. The ideal candidate will be creative, caring, and confident in delivering the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) to support the children's learning and development
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, prepare and deliver engaging activities in line with the EYFS
- Provide a safe, stimulating environment for all children
- Build strong relationships with children, families and colleagues
- Observe, assess and track children's progress
- Maintain high standards of safeguarding, health, and safety
- Engage in continuous professional development and training opportunities
Requirements
- Proven experience working with young children in a childcare or nursery setting
- Level 2/3 qualification in
- Childcare/Early Years desirable - training considered for the right candidate
- Strong understanding of EYFS
- Excellent communication and teamwork
- Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain).
